grilled flank steak, sliced very thin
salt and pepper
4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese.
combine lettuce, tomato, balsamic vinagrette, salt and pepper (and optional garlic and onion). Toss to coat. Plate salad with thin-sliced steak and top with blue Cheese.
