1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter (softened)
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 can pie filling (any flavor)

| 1 | Cream sugar and butter. |
| 2 | Beat in eggs and vanilla (use a wire whisk). |
| 3 | Add flour and mix for 3 minutes. |
| 4 | Spread in a 15x10 jelly roll pan, ungreased. |
| 5 | Top with canned pie filling, your choice. |
| 6 | Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. |
